Crab legs are the best in Dallas.
If you boil crab legs, you’ll have crab legs that taste like water, and water that tastes like crab. Steaming them is best since it won’t sog out the shell, making them easier to open. It’s just a matter of steaming them until they’re warm. They’re always great dipped in melted butter, although many people eat them plain. Any leftover meat can be mixed with pasta, olive oil, and green onions. It should be something simple, so as not to overpower the mild taste of the crab.

Usually there is a Super Jumbo China Buffet right in front of Bed, Bath and Beyond at Park Lane and Central Expressway. A nice all-you-can-eat seafood buffet is available at night. The restaurant also serves some subpar sushi and American dishes. Although not great, it is still acceptable.
